I have 2 offers from Accenture & Alchemy TechSol. I have 3 yr of work ex, 1.5 yr in Java and recent 1.5 yr in Salesforce. Accenture is offering 8 lpa fixed for Bilingual Salesforce Dev role with Noida(preferred) and Alchemy is offering 9 lpa fixed for Bilingual Java dev role with Pune location. I have Japanese language proficiency JLPT N5, N4.

Which one should I join?
