I have 3 YOE in data science with ML and GenAl skills. Current CTC is 7 LPA. Asked for 14 LPA at USi but they offered only 11.5 LPA, claiming it's their max. Surprised since Bangalore market rate is 14-25 LPA for similar roles. Can USi data scientists confirm the actual salary range for my profile?

I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. What are some good companies I maybe should apply for after getting my license?

I have never been told about a bonus and haven’t gotten one yet for the previous fiscal year that ended In July.
