In my experience, the language is the hardest part. You’ll definitely find jobs, but as a labor market Sweden likes to think that they’re more international than we are. LinkedIn is a good option to start. I think, like another commenter said, some international companies will know what to do with your experience. My experience is that Swedish companies are more interested in the experience than previous education, because they don’t know what to do with education from abroad. Good luck!
It will be easier to accelerate your learning once you’re here too. The language is really important, definitely, but there is also a big English speaking community here. The American community is particularly active with cultural and political clubs as well as social events at the embassy a couple of times a year :)
I don't think it will be difficult finding job opportunities or communicating your background. Jobs available for non Swedish speakers usually cater to the international market and they are used to hire people with international credentials.
