I have 9 years of experience in automation testing. recently had a discussion with HR, and they offered me a position at Tech Mahindra with a CTC of 28 LPA (24.5 LPA fixed and the rest variable). My current CTC is 20 LPA (fixed).I feel the fixed component is a bit low. I’m not sure whether I should accept this offer and continue looking for better opportunities, or ask HR to increase the fixed comp. Also HR told the 70% variable pay will be payed out every month is that true ?

I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
Could anyone have any suggestions if this is a normal process for Accenture where they ask us to fill up the split ups.
