I have a new ICO project that aims to enable fast transactions, low transaction fees, smart contract execution, and the development of decentralized applications (DApps). The initial phase has already been completed. We'd like to pursue a project similar to https://sonicscan.org/.

The requirements are as follows:

- It must be developed to offer "ultra-low fees," similar to Binance Smart Chain (BSC).
- MetaMask, which is compatible with the EVM, must also be used.

I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date).
