I have an interview for an executive role at a local Girl Scout council. Since it’s the middle of summer, I’m having a hard time deciding proper attire. I’m leaning toward a lightweight suit but I’m second guess if that’s too formal. Thoughts?

Is it a norm to send a thank you note through your recruiter? I had an iffy interview, and wondering if I bother sending a thank you note. It was very clear that they were trying to do a stress interview so I feel weird saying the usual nice things.
