Yes!
I was advised by my then mentor to document. I sent an email from my *personal* email address to my then DM outlining all the issues and how they were affecting patients and creating an unsafe work environment.
It was not addressed and was asked to “work smarter” and come up with ideas on how to be more efficient. The reason why I was advised to use my personal email is that if you quit you won’t have access or records of the communication.
I quit soon after because ultimately my license was on the line. Unsafe work practices are all too common in our line of work but any BOP will place responsibility on you as a licensed practitioner.

That’s awful that your district MANAGER pushed the issue back on you rather than managing the situation. If you were complaining, I’m sure 10 more people were thinking about it. Glad you got out.
