Assuming all the offers are equal, I'd go with JP Morgan Chase. They're all solid, but Jamie Dimon seems focused on the future. Of course, he's also focused on having people in the office and working hard, so there's also that.
lol wanting people in the office and work hard is a negative? good lord
if it’s in the new 270, go for it
I've worked at 2 of those companies and interviewed recently with another... Your best bet is to stay with ML or choose Wells. Also, anyone in the office 5 days a week is a psychopath.
What do you do
JPMC. Despite all the little things - like you will be nudged to make up for any missed but otherwise scheduled/expected in office days and Jamie is always highlighting risks early (and never missing an opportunity to use that to trim comp) but its frankly still a great platform.
They document the hell out of everything so use that to your advantage and read up.
Def chase

JP Morgan. The others are too aggressive and abrasive

Exactly my point
Former WF employee here. Forget WF. They have laid off over 25 percent of their workforce since 2020, and they are still laying off.
And you just being hired does not make you safe . I have heard of people moving across the country for their location strategy, only to be cut 4 months later. I was there 22 years, as soon as Charlie took over, became progressively worse for employees.
JPMC
JPM. They don’t do mass layoffs where you get ambushed. You’ll notice it in performance reviews or reading in between the lines with your pay, if you need to leave. JPM is most stable.
I have been at JPMC for 15 years. While they offer many benefits I think it would depend where in the company I was working for as I am currently looking to get out.
JPMorgan depending on the team. I’m curious, how did you manage to secure three offers in this market? I’ve seen many people struggling even to get interviews. What do you think helped you stand out? Which offer did you decide to go with in the end?
Awesome questions. I was wondering that myself. One private investment firm offered me the job and then they took it away, did not get it. Lucky they have 3 offers!
I would want to look at the offers and comp packages, not just the companies. I assume each company is not offering the exact same thing, so I would factor in things like flexibility, benefits, and pay. And then I would probably go with JP Morgan lol.
