I have an offer from Keysight , in a Devops Team , we deal with Jenkins Libraries , container extension libraries and Cloudbees maintenance. I have another offer at EXL DIGITAL as an Associate Developer. My main concern is whether I will be able to switch from Keysight 1 or 2 years later as I have heard Devops is not easy for freshers. And if I continue in devops will I be stuck with it and become stagnant? Please guide

However, once it’s comes down to me and 1-2 other candidates, I repeatedly have been turned down for the person who has more relevant experience as they’re a safer bet for the employer.
