I have been distressed from almost one week. My parents have cut me, i am in no contact with them from almost 7 years or so. I have been so peaceful after they cut me off. I tried reconciliation but that wouldn't work. But anyways it has been mostly very peaceful after the chaos. But I feel fomo sometimes, people having a good family bonding. Just want to share with someone. But one good thing is that, after the cut off, career has been really smooth and p3aceful

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.
