I was just offered a CUNY role. The title is Higher Education Assistant. According to Glassdoor, the average annual pay for that role is $83,418. However, I was offered $62,500. I would recommend, stay where you are. If they are giving you 100% they value you. If you need to change the people you are working with for peace of mind only then change.
My colleagues are super helpful,So that's not a reason.I just don't want to become stagnant in my career.
Never take a pay cut. It’s not worth it. The tech industry pays more than your current and offered. Go ahead and explore opportunities

I second Vimeo mate. Infact to add, do not even fall in the trap of "pay cut, but with better ESOPs/Bonuses": biggest scam ever.
Also, brand names doesn't matter much, as much as the quality of work/projects/teams handled, transferable, & useful skills, and pay.
The only time when brands probably matter are when you land an offer in the BigTech companies (Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc). But they will pay you handsomely as well.
The other places brand plays some part, are in case you want to stick to a particular doman. Eg: if you want to move your career in Investment Banking, names like JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, etc, help. For Audit doman, you have the Big4, and so on.
So, in short, don't take a pay cut :)

TechM giving 100% to retain is unrealistic. But if you are getting it,.stick around
