I have been offered a positions at revolut and I have signed the contract and everything, submitted all the documents but they gave me the joining date after 45 days from the contract signing days, I have already informed that I am a immediate joiner, I need to know they won't ghost me or something? Really confused as to whether to incorporate my NY- based makeup startup as an LLC or an S-corp? Not based in NYC if that matters and no revenue yet. Should I be looking into Delaware at all (specifically a Delaware C-Corp) if I do plan on raising capital at some point down the line?
