I have been part of Accenture for about 2 years now working as a tech consulting analyst. Since the 2 years I have realised 0 hikes with no hope for any hike this year as well. This is after the organization performed extremely well in the global markets. It's like they are trying to humiliate and degrade you and make you leave the organization. I don't have any offers at hand and am hoping to get one soon and get out of this organization for good.

I was interviewed at Accenture and have cleared all the rounds. Got a call from HR asking me for the details and expected CTC. I also uploaded all the documents as advised. I could still see the status in Documents upload for past 1 month. Could someone help on this.

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?
