What are the best books on sales as it relates to consulting?

I just left a very toxic work place.
The crazy thing is they were just named the best local municipality to work for. It's upsetting. They advertise a "culture" but don'tapply it. There are very few good books on consulting and IT services that I have seen . What should such a book cover for it to be useful to a large number of consultants ? Specific topics like how to grow a career , how to develop business etc OR a general purpose overview from all angles ?

26 yrs old, been in consulting since finishing undergrad. Worried that I haven't narrowed my focus or found a niche to be specifically great at. Every project has been completely different... And I am constantly reading books to get smart on every other topic. My guess is this is all too common in consulting.
