Would be moving from 6th floor walk up $1400 month to month in prime LES with two roommates(not my best friends but nice).

Would you move?

1. costs to make the move itself
2. I like to run so options downtown seem better but not familiar with kips Bay Area
3. Commuting anywhere
4. Restaurants
5. I’m 23

For those that take on small freelance projects on the side (more consulting/work for small companies, night/weekend hours), is it worth setting up an LLC for that? Do you typically lower your rate for small companies vs what it would be freelancing at a day rate for an agency?

Hello all! I’ve been ghosted by a couple recruiters at Deloitte, with one saying I don’t have Big 4 experience. Hearing these words from the recruiters or lack of responsiveness has felt even more defeating. I do have consulting experience and am trying to break into the marketing sector of Deloitte. Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?
