I have been working from home for a while, but recently my company changed the policy and now we have to go to the office 4 days a week. Ugh, it feels so tiring! The commute, getting ready, and spending so much time outside the house just adds up. Sometimes it feels like my whole life is just about work now, and I really don’t like it.

Why do you think companies make policies like this?
