I have changed my edd and submitted maternity leave .now to close service now, they are requesting to attach doctor certificate with edd or birth certificate. Will they validate or they will close ticket after attachment . What to do now . Did anyone faced a similar issue ??

I joined a competitor company due to toxic boss in June 2022 which my previous company has got idea about and have still not recieved F&F money and experience letter since 3 months.
In the offer letter it was written that I am prohibited to join competitor company after resigning but I got to know from sources that such contracts don't hold any relevance. I am waiting for 10 more days as HR told me it is in process and then planning to file complaint in labour court. Suggestions please?
