I have completed the entire process with IBM, including the salary discussion, but I still haven’t received the offer letter. It has been more than two weeks now. Last week, the HR mentioned that they would release it this week, but I still haven’t received any update. Today is already Friday, and she is also not answering my calls.

I might have a spending problem. I don’t think (?) I have a full blown addiction, but I’m cleaning out my closet and finding stuff that is few years old, still with the tags on, and lots of duplicates. I get a dopamine hit when I find a good deal and I’m wondering if it’s going too far. I can pay my bills, but I’m wasting a lot of $$ on things I don’t need. I have multiple family members who are/were addicts and hoarders and my own behavior is making me nervous. Any other big shoppers out there?

So today was my first day on a stimulant (diagnosed as an adult), and everyone says its suppose to feel like *boom* magic, or normal (?) , I guess. Knowing that is figurative, what should I actually be expecting? I feel mostly the same, I think, though I came in and actually did started my work today. But I mean, somedays I do that...I just don't want to psyche myself out if I'm expecting too much. Or pscyhe myself in if I actually might not be experiencing what I should.
