Youre overthinking it. Go to putting green and practice 4-6 footers. Try and make 20 in a row. Accelerate through those short putts dont decelerate.

I bought a steel meter stick from Lowes that has a slight hole at 1 end of it. I lay it down on my Kitchen floor and putt balls across the stick. If they stay on the whole meter, then it was a straight, solid strike. if it bounce off, I putted the ball off line. It has helped a lot with my putting stroke

I was the same way. My wife got me putting cups that go on carpet for Christmas as a gag gift because I would dwell on it when I got home after every round. I ended up practicing with them almost daily and it really helped me get my rhythm down. I dropped my putts per round by 7-9.
Find an old school putter like you see at the mini golf course, and go out and putt the opposite way of which you normally putt (lefty if you normally putt righty) on the practice green. It'll get your brain back in shape.
Another thing to try is putt while looking at the hole and not at the ball. It will feel weird at first but it might help.
