I have got my offer letter and completed the background verification process. I was told that there will be a Pre-Onboarding call three weeks ago, still i haven't got any update and also there is no joining date mentioned in the offer letter. My last date in current organisation is June 10th.

Is it normal that joining date is not being mentioned in the offer letter? and when would i get update regarding joining date and accommodation (flight + hotel as i'm relocating from Coimbatore).
