I have observed that most of the employees in Accenture are sitting late and working for around 12 to 13 hours so there is no work life balance.Managers expect you to start from 9am .Even on Friday they expect Indians to sit till 9:00 p.m. whereas other European colleagues sign off early in the second half itself. It looks like there is always urgency created or deadline set to every task and treat employees like animals. Is this same for all the projects or is it specific to few projects only.

Hello, I have a final panel interview coming up for a Strategic Product Consultant role at Procore (Construction SaaS). It’ll be 3 separate interviews, 30 minute each with a Team Lead, a Senior Consultant, and a Customer Success Manager.

I’ve already completed 2 interviews; 1 screening interview with a recruiter and 1 with a hiring manager.

I’m currently a PM for a General Contractor looking to pivot into tech.
