In discussions to make a lateral move. Is there any way I can negotiate higher pay outside the fixed bands? Higher annual bonus, signing bonus? I assume chances are low but worth trying.

I have 6.6 YOE and about to attend hr round in mindtree . Current PKG i have 8.9 Lpa with infosys.
The role offered is for azure Active directory support role. Considering my exp and current PKG which is very low, i am planning ask btw 16 to 17 lpa. Will mindtree agree for that ? How much PKG that i can ask for. Any suggestions please. Also nov 7th is my last date and this is my first offer.

Unfortunately the US CPE course that i pursued was same as the course that i did last year and hence i didnot get credits and became NON-compliant as of june 2021. Can anyone please advise on what to do to become compliant?

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

Did i do the right thing?

I feel left out in my firm. How do I make 'friends' with my colleagues? I've been here for a year. I am naturally not a very out going person, was never 'cool' and I struggle to speak in group situations / make engaging conversation with higher ups. It is an important trait to have in this job and I just don't know how to do this. It makes me very upset - I even sought therapy but wasn't useful. I am joining Deloitte soon, before putting down my notice with my current employer the background investigation team informed me that except the current employer all elements are completed and finalized. The Current employer verification will be done before the week of the start date. Is it ok to put down the notice now or will there be any additional investigation that needs to be completed that might impact the start date.
