I have a client that’s experience big drop off rates between clicks and actual landing page loads (all via DCM.) Anyone experiencing the same? Are iOS14 or cookie blockers contributing to this, and anyone able to explain this in more depth?

Hi everyone, I am getting ready for a job interview, and need to create a media plan. I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Am I supposed to use this 4M only to calculate spend, ROAS, etc., but can actually have unlimited allocated impressions? Thank you!
