I have received an offer from EY GDS for ₹15 LPA. Recently, I also received an offer from another reputed company for ₹19 LPA. Since EY is one of my preferred choices, I wanted to check if there is any possibility of revisiting the compensation package or matching the competing offer.

Re naming names. Lots of people in media & publications are naming & shaming, and calling out workplace environments toxic for people of color. I went through some shit at my prior workplace and after a lot of reflection it’s become clear to me it was race based. I’m working through what actions I can take to address this - any thoughts?
