Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!
Bonus is out for EY GDS steps to see. Goto gdsindiapayroll.greythr.com, click on IT Declaration on left. Then click on My Tax Planner at the top right. Then click create my plan then click view it calculation on bottom right then expand income here under adhoc income you should see variable performance bonus amout.

Any one who works or worked with Attra?
Cisco interviewed me for 3 months for a couple of roles and then offered me comp that is considerably less than my current comp for a product manager role!! They also said its cisco policy to not offer rsu for mcol cities. Rsu is apparently only meant for candidates in hcol cities.
Need to punch a bag every day for several days to get over this bs.

Where are you working right now? Usually that is a bigger driver than YOE. 2-3 is common (but you start recruiting a year before you start).
Okay. A lot of PE recruiting is done through headhunters, and tbh, they go after MBB post undergrads. I would suggest networking really hard to get on their radar. If you can do PE DD work at S& and prove yourself a high performer, those two data points will help your cause too.
What’s the expected comp range after the jump?
