I have recently got my joining date at Capgemini Pune, Hinjewadi for training.
How is the training experience at Capgemini and will I be informed of my domain ? I have got the loi for the 5.75lpa package so will the training be different than tha 4lpa guys or the same?
Also can new joinees stay at the Capgemini employee Relaxation Building as i would prefer staying there than any pg. Is there a process to get accommodation there ?

Just received 2 offers that I’m weighing, both in Advertising tech:
1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!
