I have the last managerial round in NAB for Data Architect profile in next 2 days.
I have already given 1st technical discussion and 2nd on codility live - SQL based.
I have almost 13 yoe.
Skills - Solution Design, Data Modelling and Engineering, Legacy tech Integration

What can I expect in the managerial round. Will there be only discussion or will there be live coding using Python or SQL or system design?

They are giving a very meagre package of 31 fixed. In fact they have reduced the package from 34 (discussed initially) to 31.
Shall I take the offer? Its only 30% hike to my CCTC (23.75).

If I calculate my variable then I am at 30k. So its not even 15%. And pathetic of them to decrease the fixed from 34 to 31.

Buying a house with monthly expense of $4900, although my current rent is only $2350. My total HHI with my husband is about $310K. I’m feeling weary of spending this much but we live in a HCOL area near a major city and we have high taxes. It’s hard to find anything decent under $800K. Should I just suck it up in order to be a homeowner?

Fish who have been feds,

I have been stuck deciding between two offers (both in IC, but one is more program analysis -similar to consulting work but on the fed side, and actual analysis).

The program analysis offer is at a higher GS level and a more well known agency, but is not what I’m interested in.

Does anyone have any advice on how to make a decision? Go with what I want to do, or go with the more well known agency and higher gs?
