Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview
I randomly get depressed
Anyone else exhausted from the last few weeks?

Wow. McKinsey, which has the biggest public sector presence of the MBB, really hasn't been doing too hot at all in the sector.
Its presence is tiny and it's gotten even smaller. Meanwhile it's bungling whatever opportunities it's getting.

If you mean like the DMV suburbs then probably no. If we’re talking other states then yeah
STL and SA are delivery centers- so more often than not they are Operations roles vs Consulting (lower cost). There are other areas- like HSV, but given that the customer likely has a discounted rate card...they pay a little less. But in the HSV example...their hiring footprint and current talent is so low, you could have a chance to get a higher level than maybe you’d get in the DC area
It’s done by cities by tier with tier one being highest: Tier 1 (NYC, SF, LA) and so on
The other AFS office is in San Antonio. Not 100% sure but I’d think pay would be less there since it’s lower COL.
