Does Accenture Federal Services pay differently outside of the DC Area?

I need genuine suggestions. I was holding offer from IBM and Wipro & now have got a good offer from a mid size organization.
I want to negotiate with IBM and Wipro & join any of these two.

Do these companies negotiate? When & how should I start negotiation with them ?

I would like to talk professionally so that they provide me a matching CTC or in case, they can't at least they don't block me for future openings.

Please suggest, if anyone can share their experiences.

Considering taking a position with a small-cap in the US trying to build their legal department. The title is standard “counsel” although the work would be with the senior leadership team and reporting to the GC in Europe. How reasonable is it to ask for a bump in title - Senior counsel or Head of Legal, US? If it matters, I am a 6th year and have been told that I will be expected to hire a junior or paralegal as we build up.

I have been in my current job for 1 year now as a booking coordinator for a logistics company. When I started I had no idea of what my workload would be, now I noticed that my coworkers took the opportunity to pass most of their job to me. hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

How has your comp changed with TS/SCI clearance? After jumping ship? Looking to see if the long term salary increase is worth the clearance.
