I have very tough situation right now.so i was working at my client location initially client told me you work as L3 but when i joined they put me on development work there everything is perfect good team low pressure but after 5 month she transfer me to l3 support role this role i dont even like he told me for timebeign we shifted in L3 on a very first day i was told by lead that this role require daily 7pm to 9pm extra support activity beyond my 10 to 7pm job but i cant what to do now?

I’ve been told that cold applying and making no contacts is usually not going to lead to anything, and that’s been true in my experience. But should I reach out to someone first? Should i apply and then email someone? In HR? Or someone who’d be directly supervising me? Or someone at my level? And what should i say? Thanks!

For those who were diagnosed as an adult can you provide some insight into how you were able to obtain a diagnosis. I went to my primary care dr who referred me to another dr who specialized in mental health. He asked me about 5 questions before telling me I should see a neuropsychologist for an official assessment. The referral he gave me is super pricey and apparently isn’t covered by insurance. Is that normal?
