I initiated a resignation request in icore with "Requested relieving date" as 6th October 2025 but my "Approved Last working date" is 31st October 2025 and the request got auto approved. So could anyone confirm which date would be my LWD

I have my first solo hearing in front of opposing counsel and the Judge, were asking for a fee multiplier on a contingency case. This is in Florida BTW. Any tips or advice for my first hearing will be greatly appreciated.

The first rule of overemployment is dont talk about overemployment to anyone outside your house. :). Second: always protect the main job. Third: As the main job always has the priority, the Second and third jobs must preferably be contract gigs with not too many meetings everyday. Remember: another day, another dollar.
