Hello Sharks, I need genuine suggestions regarding whether join Accentute Or not. My doj in 9th March but till now I'm not allocated in any project. I read many negative comments about accentute bench policy and pip program. Also there are 10% layoff policy.. Is it true??..
Also for me job security is a concern. Coz leaving EY where there is not such lay off policy or pip but joining accentute is bit challenging.

He is telling me he will transfer his leave balance to me but still making some excuses.Dont know what's wrong!
