I think some companies are being more selective, but also the job market is just really competitive. There are a lot of people applying for the same roles.

The job market is just tough right now. With a lot of lay offs, we're seeing a lot of applicants and companies have the upper hand to choose the right candidate. I'm sure something will stick for you soon since you've been getting through the interview phase at least. Some of my peers are having trouble just getting that initial call.

They are extra picky because they have a pile of applications a mile high that they can pick from. However, the fact that you are getting so many interviews, even if they result in rejections, shows that you were catching the attention of employers. That's a very good sign. Keep getting applications out, and the right employer will find you.

I know how tough that feels. Companies are extra selective right now, and even great candidates get passed over. I’ve left interviews thinking I nailed it, only to get a no with no feedback. Often, it’s just timing or internal hires. Rejection stings, but it means you’re in the game, so keep going.

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
I probably should have choosen USI

So I’ve been with a court for a while and honestly the pay sucks compared to what paralegals should be making… the benefits are great though and they match my retirement 100% now that I’m vested at 3 years.I have 4 kids and 1 is getting ready for college. I feel like the benefits are great but I’d rather make more now. I am a previous LEO for 4 years who switched to paralegal so I have my leo retirement. Paralegals here make $28 with no benefits what is a good compromise
