Good jobs for introverts? So over consulting.
Hello fellow introverts! Instead of talking to people I have an Instagram account to shout my opinions about books into the void. Id love it if any of you would be willing to take a look and give me feedback on the reviews. I feel like they aren't quite at the level I'm aiming for.

A1 is right. Lead with an observation about your current project or situation at work that is uncontroversial.... Like, damn it's cold in Fargo this time of year! I wonder how people live here. Or, this project in Seattle has allowed me a glimpse of those adorable sea otters!
🦦 Good luck! We are pulling for you.
Complain about something you are all experiencing. That usually is an easy conversation starter. E.g. client, manager, flights...
Netflix binging is in.
Myers Briggs is an easy win
I usually talk/ask questions around 4 topics - talk about me (my weekend plan, my past experience etc.,), ask questions about team mates (where are they from, their experience, sports team they follow etc.,), talk about the place (how you like the client, the office cafeteria, the city you flew into etc.,) and about the project (how is it different from other projects, what you love/hate etc.,). Most of the people will engage in one of these topics and I build on top of that.
Ask people about themselves —what they did over the weekend, ask them to pick an interesting place for team dinner, etc. it tough but put yourself out there. Good luck!
