I joined EY Gds recently. Last company is optum and i lef that because location issue. Compromise my salary and joined EY gds. But I feel too much work pressure and got to know due to performace issue they laid off people. Generative AI and Agetic AI new for me. I feel like prison and so much feel pressure to work. Just wanted to know is that EY gds laid off people often? Am i take wrong decision to left optum?

And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.
