What sales/revenue targets are there for BDM or senior manager in Big 4? Per month/quarter/annum? Please share both given target and achieved also?

Currently an internal consultant for a large, top tier domestic bank with 4 YOE considering opportunities at big 4 firms. What’s a reasonable expectation for base salary / bonus for consultant/senior consultant roles?

Just been offered a manager position (people & org consulting) at a big 4 in Qatar for 24k (QAR). Based on previous threads this seems low for the region. Especially as 9k goes towards accommodation (max unfurnished 1br) ....Have I been low balled? Or is this normal?

Is there such things as FP&A positions in Big 4? If so, are there better times to make the change than others (I.e. at senior vs manager)? I’m currently in FP&A and looking to work at a Big 4, or another company that offers the ability to move abroad. At some Big 4 companies there is a Partner / Principal group that has equity and are part owners of the business and an equivalent Managing Director group that does not have equity and are essentially employees.

Why do the Big 4 Indian firms compete with their offshore entities and poach projects from international clients? Don't think the offshore entities try for projects from Indian clients.

Align to non-M&A offering but do a lot of work in the space (DD, integrations). B4 recruiter reached out and wants me to provide resume@for review with hiring partner. Does it work if I provide a bio with summary of M&A projects (client names removed) instead of a traditional resume? Also plan to list education and previous roles.

I’m most familiar with 1 as it’s the audience I work with at current job. Not enough info/experience with other 2 segments. Remaining segments I know enough but not as confidently.

Hi, how do I make sure that the AWS AutoPredict in the AWS Forecast module makes use of the RTS (Related Time Series)? In my previous iteration it took the RTS and the accuracy was good, but after I made a few updates to the underlying data the accuracy has come down and AutoPredict is not making use of the RTS.

When I file my ITR, it is auto-populating the 'income from other sources' by 40k and increasing my tax liability by 10k however form 26as shows no tax liability.

Should I edit the header to Rs. Xx which is below 10k hence tax exempted and stick to info as per 26AS?

While Indian consulting folks supporting the US folks do the bulk of the analysis, churning out the data and making the ppts, all the US folks do is attend meetings. Most of know basics of neither Alteryx, Power BI nor Tableau, while everyone in India is expected to know all the three. Most of the times we are expected to work till their afternoon (our Midnight)
