I joined one MNS company but absconded within 3 days and i have joined the other organization. Previous company created PF account and linked to my UAN and now is showing in UAN history. I have already officially emailed to that company for withdrawal of acceptance of my offer letter. Can i raised complaint against employer to deactivate the PF account and update the DOE same as DOJ ? Or any other valuable suggestion please.
