I’m not much of a gym person, but I try to do yoga in the morning every day and I love walking after a chaotic day of school! For me it’s all about creating routines. If I don’t do yoga or I don’t walk one day I feel like I lose all my momentum! I like adding them to my daily to do lists!

Same! Yoga in the morning, walk in the late afternoon. I also do yoga with my class and play with them at recess.
The kids really like it!
