I just got a new job as a restaurant supervisor (Asian Fusion) and I’ve completed my Leadership and Management certificate. But honestly, I have experience in this position but I still unsure about what I got. I’ve been working as a Team Leader in another restaurant but it’s not just only me do that. There is another person working with me and we support each other.
Please share your experience with me and what should I do/prepare for a training day next week. They need me to prove I can do it.

Is it just me or have you also noticed that during the endless back to back zoom/teams meetings, people drift away and not take down action points?
