Considering your a VP I’m sure you get an email every minute and you’re in too many slack channels.
Here’s some tactical ideas that help me:
Use VIP on Slack, mute channels unless mentioned, stack your DMs so you don’t see everything at once, and use save for later feature. For emails use filters to automatically remove things from your inbox. Send your Teams notifications to your email so you only need to respond to messages there, and make sure everyone knows the best way to contact you urgently.

Set boundaries and tell them if they want you to respond urgently, to text. Otherwise you’ll get to their message when you can. They’ll learn to work around you.
Been there. Also love when Producers get real b*tchy, and say…”As discussed on Slack….” So easy to miss a thread and lose it entirely.
I know for me, I keep the Notes app open. I like to create a new one every week. Each one has a few sections: To-Do, Jobs - with subsequent bullets that have info I feel like is relevant (links to briefs, important deadlines), and Misc Notes - important info from convos I’ve had, client feedback, etc.
I find that especially when the Teams chats/channels get out of hand I can reference back to my list for guidance. I know a colleague does similar, and he says he goes a step further and uses those notes to summarize his weeks for performance reviews.
This!
I’ve stopped allowing text to my mobile. All comms thru teams chat & email helped me cut out one more place to look.
I have a note on my Teams that basically says if you haven’t heard back from me, to email me. It doesn’t happen often but it’s super helpful to have. Also pin your most important channels/groups/chats in Teams so everything you need to reference often is right at the top.
Agree it helps to tell people how to contact you and stick to it. Choose your platform, whether it’s whatever ticket thing like jira or email only
I feel this daily
