Yes! I’ve been there. I made the decision to make a change in my career and my mental health has been so much better. Just know that if you don’t like something or you’re just not happy, you can always change that. It doesn’t have to be immediate. But you can start making the steps.

This is very helpful advice
Everyone is different, but I think it is common. At least for me and my friend circle, since we’re all 30 now, it’s something we talk about a lot. Need more sleep and just not feeling the motivation for certain things. Amazing point made before, you can work towards the things that bring you more job and happiness, whether it’s a career change or something in your personal life.
Same thing here! I feel so much slower than I did ten years ago. I have great WLB with my job, so I don't think it's burnout, just part of the aging process. As long as I get sleep and take tons of notes and set reminders for myself, I manage to stay on top of everything just fine. If I don't, I'm in trouble. I have the memory of a goldfish these days.
I started questioning everything around that age too. I realized I was constantly “on” for years, and it just caught up with me. Sometimes it’s not about leaving sales, but maybe finding a different style or pace that works better for where you're at now.

Very common, as we age we have less f*cks to give. It’s okay to coast a bit.
