I left my last job after only 3 months due to a poor culture fit. Basically, the role was misrepresented during interviews. Should I include this brief stint on my resume and explain the situation, or is it better to leave it off entirely? I'm worried about gaps, but also concerned about red flags.

I wouldn't include if you don't have any good data or impact to share on those 3 months.. The resume should reflect the best version of you that is Revelant to the job.

Have to echo that relevant to the job bit. Unless there is some huge reason why that brief stint wholly aligns with the next role, or you have zero experience before that, I’d leave it off. Be prepared to explain it either way if it does come up, though.

Has anyone left PwC while they still had an outstanding Educational Support Program repayment agreement? What is the repayment process like? Am I required to pay back the amount in full the day I leave the firm or is there the ability to do a repayment agreement? I’m looking at new opportunities and would like to have my new firm take on the amount of the tuition agreement ($14,000) but don’t know how much that might limit my options.

Low billable, low pressure work in privacy law? Slowly realizing that as my boys get older, the money isn’t worth what I’m missing out on. Currently a tech litigation associate with lots of hearing, depo and trial experience (I’ve appeared on my own at hearings/depos) at a well respected firm.
