I jad an interview on 2nd August, 2022 and on 17th August, 2022. I received an email stating that interviewer is moving up your profile and contact a person email id for further information.
Since that day I haven't heard anything from the HR. I had called HR several times but no response from calls as well as mails too.
Anyone also faced this situation?
Please suggest me what to do as I have my last day in existing company nearby in 20 days

How do you get THE role at THE company you’re looking for? Applying is mostly a numbers game unless you know someone on the inside and even then it’s hit or miss so how to you land the one you’ve set your heart on?

The most annoying part of an interview process “create a presentation on our product you know nothing about and present it to 3 people who know every last detail about the product”. It’s not a shortage of people applying, it’s the unnecessarily long interview processes. When many companies are now adapting this, no one has time to put together multiple presentations after normal working hours. Hiring has gotten so complicated for no reason.

What’s the difference between exiting at C vs M (or SC)? I’m interviewing for a Product Manager role that would net at least a 20% salary increase. At the same time, I’m having second thoughts about leaving consulting given the current trend of layoffs.

I’m planning on selling my property in India and repatriating the sales proceeds to US. I bought the property NOT as an NRI in 2014. My friend have cleared Tata Elxsi interview 5 months back and received her offer letter. Still now she haven’t recvd a joining letter. Couple of other friends are also facing similar issue.
Does anyone have any update on this?
Tried mailing to the HR and to their help desk. No response.
Its really disappointing. Even if they are not able to onboard candidates now, the least they can do is aknowledge and respond to the queries.
Hope someone can give more insight onto this issue.
