I m currently on bench since 100 days, i joined ltimindtree on 4th november and i am clearing the L1 round but every tym profile is getting withdraen from CI round.Not able to get any projects here. Should i wait for some more tym(bench policy is 180 days for lateral hires) or join the ukg?
