I have 8+ years of experience and UKG has offered me 18 LPA fixed plus 10% variable. Is this fine for 8+ yoe ?
And they were offering me some amount for buy out but things didn't work on out at my current company ,so now can I ask ukg to give that amount to me as joining bonus ? Please reply.

I interviewed at a law firm and had my final round last Friday. The Tuesday afterward, I got a call from the recruiter saying the firm won’t have a decision for another week. I believe they’re interviewing other candidates. Does that make me second or third choice? And does the fact that I’m working with a recruiter hurt my chances of being selected due to the commission? Lender 1: loan for ~$490,000, paying down for a few points to 2.875% (apr 3.034%); cash to close $12,344, monthly payments reduced by ~$300
Lender 2: loan for $510,000 (bundling in some closing costs), paying for points to 2.99% (apr 3.278%); cash to close $7,315, monthly payments also reduced by ~$300
