On Friday I was given a surprise compensation adjustment from $105 to $120 and it’s been complement city for the last few weeks. Chicago, 7 YoE, 5 in buyside AM and 2 in my current role at inv. consultant. Thoughts on salary level / should I stay?

How far should I negotiate the following offer?

YoE: 13.5 years
Offer: 52L fixed + 8L bonus
Role: Member of Technical Staff
Current CTC: 31L fixed + 3L bonus
