Mindtree culture is detoriating day by day . No clarity on hike and appraisal even though mail have been sent regarding this since Dec 2021 . Disgusting HR head practice who joined from CTS . How come they don't abide by what they communicate and keep silence without any update for delay .

I recently got interviewed with Mindtree and had a salary negotiation with them.
I told them a bracket with my minimum and maximum salary.
HR picked up the maximum bracket and assured me she will work on it.
Post which I received an offer which was way too low than my minimum expectation too.
Wrote them back that this is way too less than industry standard, haven’t heard back from them since a month.
So for me it is a org.which can spend hours in interviewing and later happily wastes their and candidate’s time as well.
That sounds awful. I have a friend who works there I wonder if they have this experience as well. Sorry you're going through this.

Will mindtree gives annual hike to people in notice period?
Sometimes management tries till the end to retain employees. It all depends on management
For example, I have got hike during my notice period in my previous organization but that happens rarely. Have heard stories of people getting promotion letter 2 days before LWD
You are right M1 , but most of the companies don't provide hike in notice period as the hike you were supposed to get is dependent on last year appraisal but intended for running FY. And also companies don't want to pay single penny more to exiting employees in this capitalist industry
