I noticed more companies using AI screening before a human ever speaks to me. It makes me wonder if I am being filtered out for small wording issues. What worries you the most when you are applying? For me its AI just rejecting my CV which I used AI to make 😂

Possibly, but I do not think it is that simple. Plenty of people use Al as an editing tool. The issue is not the tool itself, it is whether the CV still reflects real experience and specific impact rather than generic phrasing.

If an AI generated resume is rejected by an AI tool, did it really happen in real life? We're definitely getting into some weird territory lately. I find it odd that companies would filter people out for minor word choices. It would be interesting to know exactly what the AI tools are doing. Which makes me wonder if the people deploying them even understand the implications.

You are right, it does feel like we are entering strange territory. I think what unsettles me most is the lack of transparency. If filtering is happening, candidates should at least understand the criteria. Otherwise it feels arbitrary rather than merit based.

Hi Fishes, I am a Talend ETL developer with 2.2 yrs of exp at TCS. But I have not learned that much in the current project I am in, it's all migration and excels now😅. So, now I want to shift to a product based startup or mid level company in React JS technology for which I have already started preparation separately. Amerisourcebergen doesn't care about its employees. We have no mental health awareness. Leadership only promotes people who kiss ass the most qho have no managerial experience and pass people who actually have experience in a manager role. Leadership never helps you with anything.
