I joined mindtree in Jan 2022. Suddenly there is a 10k deduction in salary in the month of April. The salary slip say 10k deduction as INCOME TAX.
Mindtree says "You come under 20% slab according to the income tax calculations. When all the tax slabs are applied you will have to pay yearly tax around Rs. X amount. So that amount will be deducted in monthly basis."
Why sudden income tax deduction? Why was that not deducted in the month of Jan Feb March ?
How can i recover that 10k every month?

I’m at very low point in my life. Being rejected and rejected time and time again for jobs after graduating from college in 2021 wasn’t something I was prepared for. At least for this long. I have Depression, Anixety, and ADHD. I have no emotional support as my my family is torn apart. My birth mom is deceased, my step mom is deceased, I don’t have a relationship with my father and most of my siblings are fending for themselves. It’s hell. Bought a condo and was informed by the existing tenant that the bedroom window in the winter collects way above normal amount of condensation to the point that the floor beneath the window is soaked. Tenant said they informed the prior owners numerous times to the issue but were ignored. No mention of it on any disclosure form. Is this grounds for a lawsuit? Pretty new the property owner stuff.

Having trouble selling my (retired) dad's house. It needs a lot of work, but has great character. What if I buy it myself for a low, low price? Then I would be able to get a FHA 203k loan to do the updates. Rent it out or put it back on the market in the spring.

Do you recommend getting appliances home warranty (ie American Home Shield) for rentals or do you deal with maintenance issues as they arise (I’m thinking appliances, AC, garage, etc...)? For reference, American Home Shield warranty charges ~$50/month and ~$125/service order!
