Yes. Our first Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend on a new ecomm platform. All our campaigns worked perfectly. The site did not. It kept crashing during checkout and customers were not pleased. It still hurts thinking about how many sales we missed out on because of tech issues.

Not exactly a campaign, but it sort of fits. We ended up going viral for speaking up about a political concern. Our site crashed because so many people searched for us. We ended up with thousands of positive google reviews and flooded inboxes. It was a wild week.
