I received a measly 2% raise this year after working 2 years without any increases. On top of that, I keep getting assigned “growth” projects on top of my usual load. Is it crazy if I want to push back and stop taking on so much more work? If I’m basically making the same amount as before I kind of want to just keep doing the same stuff.

Time to quiet quit. Pushback on the extra work, do the absolute bare minimum, and spend all your free time applying to other jobs. There's no point sticking around a place that's never going to pay you what you're worth.

Have you talked to other coworkers?. See what kind of raises they got and what their workloads are like. It’ll let you know if they’re taking advantage of you or if this is a systematic issue

I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner. I know one of the partners at the local firm and have the support of the regional service line lead, and am bringing a specialized skill set they are trying to open a new business around. The KPIs seem achievable and I’ll be in charm school to help build support within that timeline. Most of me thinks a 2 year path under these circumstances realistic but my inner skeptic is jaded. Anything I might have missed?

My contract is about to end. Looking for new opportunities within the company and outside in big4. I am not sure why I don't get any calls. I keep on posting for long but no calls at all and auto email response for no selection! Anyone having the same problem? Is it very normal especially with big4s?
